My approach to wellness has always been about balance rather than chasing extremes. Alpha Tonic fits that mindset because it doesn’t ask me to change everything else I’m doing. I kept my workouts, sleep schedule, and meals essentially the same and just added Alpha Tonic to the mix. After a while I noticed that the consistency of a small daily habit matters more than the intensity of any single change. That’s been the real lesson here.

The rest is about being patient and honest with yourself about what’s working. More context on it is available here. http://msgr-byon.org/client/news/my_frm_e_edit.asp?idx=82
