Top Non-Invasive Cosmetic Treatments at Our Clinic
Posted on [post_date] [post_comments] [post_edit]
Centre for is widely known for specialisms — , , and — but a significant portion of what we offer is non-invasive. These treatments suit patients who prefer to delay or avoid surgery, who want results between or before surgical interventions, or whose concerns don’t a surgical approach in the first place.
This page is a navigational overview of our most non-invasive treatments. Each treatment has its own dedicated guide — follow the links for detailed information on indications, technique, recovery, costs, and candidacy. For anti-ageing thinking across the broader picture, see our and .
Non-surgical rhinoplasty (liquid rhinoplasty)
uses hyaluronic acid soft tissue fillers to refine the appearance of the nose without surgery. The technique can:
What liquid rhinoplasty cannot do:
The treatment takes 15 to 30 minutes, with immediate results and minimal . Results last 12 to 24 months. For who suits this treatment and who needs surgical instead, see our guide on .
Morpheus8 — face and body
combines microneedling with fractional radiofrequency energy delivered into the deeper layers of the dermis. The treatment addresses multiple concerns:
Morpheus8 Face — fine lines and wrinkles, skin texture, mild laxity, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, and active acne. Particularly useful for the lower face, neck, and jawline where surgical alternatives carry more substantial recovery commitments.
Morpheus8 Body — skin laxity, stretch marks, cellulite, and minor fat deposits in body areas. Often combined with for more substantial body contouring.
The treatment requires 2 to 3 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, with 4 to 7 days of recovery per session (pinkness, tiny scabs). Visible tightening develops over 8 to 12 weeks.
For how it compares for specific applications, see our guides on and .
FaceTite, BodyTite, and AccuTite
The InMode family of radiofrequency-assisted skin tightening devices addresses skin laxity through sub-dermal radiofrequency energy delivery. Three different applicators handle different anatomy:
— facial skin tightening, particularly for the lower face and jawline. Used for jowling, mild skin laxity, and the early stages of facial descent. Effective for patients not yet ready for surgery.
— larger body areas requiring substantial skin tightening alongside fat reduction. Common applications include the abdomen, thighs, arms, and back. Often combined with .
AccuTite — a applicator using the same radiofrequency but in smaller, more delicate areas. Particularly used for the eye area, around the mouth, and other regions where the larger FaceTite handpiece can’t reach precisely.
All three treatments are performed in the clinic setting or, in some cases, combined with surgical procedures. They produce permanent skin tightening through collagen contraction and remodelling.
Anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers
The two most-requested injectable treatments at Centre for Surgery:
using botulinum toxin relax specific facial muscles to soften dynamic wrinkles. The most predictable and well-studied single anti-ageing intervention. See our comprehensive .
using hyaluronic acid restore lost volume in the cheeks, tear troughs, lips, and other facial areas. Reversible with hyalase if needed. See our .
For how the two compare and when to use which, see our guide on .

( 1 and others) deliver hyaluronic acid combined with amino acids, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals to improve skin texture and hydration.
Laser treatments
uses dual laser wavelengths in four sequential treatment modes, including an intra-oral pass. Comprehensive facial rejuvenation with no downtime.
uses the Fotona Er:YAG laser in a periorbital-specific protocol for fine lines and crepiness around the eyes.
— ablative laser treatments for more significant texture changes and established lines. Longer recovery but more pronounced results.
For applications around the eyes specifically, see our guides on and .
Specialised injectable applications
Several injectable applications are also available:
— botulinum toxin for axillary hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). See our for the complete treatment overview.
using products for under-eye hollowing. See our .
for lip enhancement. For technique selection, see our guide on .
— botulinum toxin into the upper lip muscle to subtly evert the lip without adding any volume. Lasts 8 to 12 weeks. For the direct comparison with filler, see our guide on .
for dissolving HA filler when correction or reversal is needed.
— strategic filler placement at eight key facial anchor points for comprehensive non-surgical rejuvenation.
How to choose the right treatment
The right non-invasive treatment depends on what you’re trying to address:
For specific dynamic lines (forehead, glabella, crow’s feet): anti-wrinkle .
For volume loss in areas: targeted dermal filler.
For overall skin quality and crepiness: Profhilo, polynucleotides, or skin boosters.
For skin tightening with no downtime preferred: Fotona 4D.
For more substantial skin tightening with some recovery acceptable: Morpheus8.
For body contouring and laxity: FaceTite/BodyTite/AccuTite, often combined with procedures.
For nose refinement without surgery: liquid rhinoplasty.
For comprehensive facial rejuvenation: combination of multiple modalities under a single treatment plan.
A consultation with our specialist team — including Dr Spyridon Vlachos — establishes which approach matches your specific concerns, anatomy, and lifestyle. The honest answer is sometimes that a single treatment isn’t enough, or that a non-surgical approach won’t deliver what surgical intervention would.
For deeper reading on overall planning, our covers the science and decade-by-decade thinking. Our covers combined treatment planning for facial rejuvenation specifically.
Cost and finance
varies significantly across treatments — from injectable starting around £200 per area to combined plans involving multiple modalities. Specific costs are detailed on each treatment’s dedicated guide.
